Henrik & Lena Hellberg - 3D reflexology

Hello, our names are Henrik and Lena Hellberg , we are interested to teach in various parts of the world in 3D. For example, a federation or a school. – The best way is to collect a number of reflexologists who are interested in 3D. It takes about 4 days to teach the basic of 3D for a reflexologist.

We has been in this business about 50 years togheter. We work with reflexologi which is one of the world's oldest healing arts along with acupuncture and ayurveda. This therapy has

developed a lot over the last 20 years with specific focus on muscle-skeletal systems. When Henrik started at the end of the 70s and had worked for some years, he became fascinated that the method worked in its simple methodology. He had a critical thinking against the established reflexology with their footchart focused on different body parts, there was something who was missing.

After 12 years of research it became a new concept in 1992 which Henrik called – the three-dimensional reflexology (3D). It is now universally known by several world conferences in reflexologi.
During his 25 years as a teacher in alternative medicine, he have trained thousands of students who has helped thousands and thousands of people. We work with case studies where each successful case underlines the strength of the method. Reflexology is proven by experience, which in turn leads to increased awareness and knowledge. Those who are reflexologist come from all professions with a genuine human interest to help.
3D is unique because you can work into a foot and accurately locate the area you are searching for in the body and fix it. Reflexologi working mostly with chronic conditions. Reflexologist is primarily raising circulation, healing inflammation and that leads that pain and suffering will disappear
3D is built exactly the same as iris diagnosis. You examines the iris and looking after, for example, constitutional weaknesses, acute and chronic signs.
The information from the eyes can then accurately transferred to the foot 3D system there you can work therapeutic. This work began in 1986 and is today a very interesting system for diagnosis and treatment.
